Help
Frequently asked questions
What do I ship, and how?
Ship just the console or cartridges you want repaired. Pack them well and use tracked shipping. We recommend insuring the package, because you carry the risk while it travels to us.
Who pays for shipping?
You pay to send your item to us. We pay to send it back, tracked.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are finished in 3 to 4 days after your item arrives, as long as we have the parts in stock. Shipping time each way is extra.
What if it gets lost in the mail?
The customer carries the risk on the way to us, which is why we recommend insurance. On the way back we ship tracked and handle any carrier claim ourselves.
Will my Pokémon save survive?
We make our best effort to keep your save, but we cannot guarantee it. Old dead batteries can wipe a save before the cartridge reaches us.
What if you cannot fix it?
You get a refund of everything except the $20 diagnostic fee.
What does the warranty cover?
The same problem coming back within 30 days of completion is fixed again at no charge. New, unrelated problems are quoted separately.
How do I pay?
You get a flat-price quote before any work begins. Payment details come with your quote.
Got a dead N64 or a dying save?
